I didn’t sign up to CrossFit Gy to improve my fitness. I joined to improve the strength around my knees prior to having an operation. After only four weeks of training with Rob Moses, I no longer needed the operation!. Rob’s knowledge is incredible!

What will my first time in the gym be like?
Our coaches will meet you where you are at in your fitness journey and provide a simple easy approach to your first workout.

What is your drop-in policy?

Drop-in’s are charged at £10 per session.

How often do you recommend going to the gym?

This varies from person to person but generally we find 3 days a week to be a minimum effective dose. 

I'm not in very good shape...can I do crossfit?

Yes! The CrossFit methodology can be scaled and applied to all fitness and capability levels. CrossFit is for everyBODY

Do you offer more then crossfit?

Yes we offer HIIT classes that provide a high intensity workout with simplified movements, as well as weightlifting, Hyrox, open gym and  personal training.
