Join Our Gym
New students are invited to get started with a FREE intro class. We all know how daunting it can be to try out a new fitness method for the first time, so we have made a safe, enjoyable and fun session aimed at introducing you to the facility, coaches and our amazing community . Alternatively, if you are experienced in CrossFit you can click on the program you’re interested in to apply for a membership.

Foundations course
Two -session foundations course with one of our expert coaches scheduled at a time and day that best fits you.

CrossFit
Our core business, 60 minute session coached by our team, that includes strength and skills training followed by a great workout.

Zone45
A low skill yet fast paced and fun session that utilises wearable technology that is guaranteed to get the heart rate pumping. Its short, its sweat and its super sweaty!
NO CONTRACTS, NO JOINING FEES

Step One
Take our free 60 minute intro class or book a consultation with one of our coaches. They will introduce you to our box, our community, our programming, booking system and anything else you need to know. This is the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you might have regarding your fitness journey.

Step Two
Foundations is our structured beginners course that will educate you on everything you need to start your fitness journey safely with us at CFGY. In Foundations we will teach you all of the fundamental movements of CrossFit including Squats, Deadlifts, Cleans, Snatches, Pull ups, Thrusters and much more…. Foundation is two 1-2-1 sessions with a coach at times and days that best suit your schedule.
Step 3
Choose the Best Option for You! Everyone is different, so our approach will be completely personalised to you and your goals. Once you have finished Foundations you can choose PT sessions or Group Classes with one of our membership options. What about Nutrition? We got you covered in all areas of health and fitness.

It’s hard to put into words how CFGY has enriched my life in so many ways. When I first started all I knew was I was READY to be a better version of myself. I wanted to be physically fitter, healthier and mentally more resistant. What I didn’t bag on was the sense of belonging and community that radiates from the place and the difference across peoples abilities. It’s not all about being hardcore! It’s about being the best possible version of you and doing your best. My class has an age range from peoples in their 20’s way up to 50’s it’s so diverse! I get so excited to see the WOD pop up for the next day and I can’t wait to get up and get stuck in. The motto is ‘people first, fitness follows’ it definitely shows here. I joined Crossfit 2 years ago. It was the best move I could have made, I love the variety of the workouts so you can’t get bored or in a rut, the help and encouragement whilst training is second to none – I am fitter and stronger now than I’ve ever been and love to constantly push and challenge myself – doing things that I would never have thought I was capable of!
I would recommend Crossfit to anyone of any age or ability- the coaches are very knowledgeable and show great flair in scaling the classes so anyone can join in!
It’s not just the fitness, it’s the amazing Crossfit family and social life which comes with it- they’re such a great bunch of people! Go on – do it! Give it a go!
